Pekara Baking Company is a European Style Home Bakery in Creston Ohio. I wanted a way to share my baked goods while being able to stay at home with my little boy. Everything is made from scratch with simple ingredients. I use local wheat that I mill myself for the sour dough. All bread is mixed and shaped by hand.
